Universal Storage Containers Orders 20 Composite Containers

Innovative Composites International, Inc., announced that Universal Storage Containers, LLC (USC) has released the first purchase order for 20 composite containers to be built by ICI utilizing Structure Lite fiber reinforced thermoplastic panels. The containers will be marketed exclusively by USC under the trade name Z-Box2. The Z-Box2 is capable of carrying 10,000 lbs., uneven loads, and offers over 50 percent weight reduction compared to a steel container with the same characteristics. In addition, the composite container is completely recyclable, foldable, and easy to assemble without the use of heavy equipment. Fully loaded the units are stackable three high.
