Door To Door Storage Partners With City Year Boston

Door To Door StorageSeattle, Wash.-based Door To Door Storage, Inc., donated the use of storage containers to City Year Boston for its Serve-a-thon held on June 7, 2008. The containers were used to hold supplies and equipment for location improvements. The company donated all transportation and rental fees on a total of six moving and storage containers.

City Year Boston, a division of City Year, is a non-profit organization that works to make a difference in the lives of children through literacy tutoring, mentoring, afterschool and school vacation programs, and community service opportunities. City Year was founded on the belief that young people can change the world. City Year’s vision is that one day a year of service will become an opportunity for and common expectation of every young person.
